This cute little teddy bear was sculpted from polymer clay and has moveable arms and legs. I sculpted the bear from brown Premo polymer clay, adding stitching lines down the center of his body, arms, legs, and head. This makes him look even more like an authentic teddy bear. His eyes, nose, and mouth were painted with black acrylic paint and sealed with high gloss glaze. His paw pads and inner ears were painted with pink acrylic paint. I sculpted the arms and legs separately from the body, poking a hole through the shoulders and hips and the body. After baking I attached the arms and legs with elastic, tying knots at both shoulders and hips and securing them with a drop of superglue. This adorable little sculpture can stand on his own or be posed in any other position you like. This teddy bear measures 2 1/2 inches standing and about 1 3/4 inches seated. This would be a fun gift for children and adults alike!

This is a polymer clay version of some of the plush teddy bears I make. I've always found poseable creations to be so much fun!
