These are long and lustrous locks, and are homegrown from an Oklahoma farm. They have been gently washed and are ready to spin, card, comb, or just admire! This deep jewel green with emerald and forest tones is spectacular in person!

These locks are featured in the October "Witching Hour" Phat Fiber boxes and all purchases in October can be added to the monthly Super Box Drawing on Ravelry.

Average staple length is around 6 inches. This is relaxed length not stretched length. There is very little vegetable matter in the locks. I picked out much of it as I was washing. There may be a little dirt that is still stuck within the locks if you decide to card or separate the locks. Please, remember, these are real animals that live outside. The only chemicals that have touched these have been soap, vinegar, and professional dyes.
