Product Description
There is a touch of autumn in these purple and gold colored disk earrings. They are handcrafted from polymer clay so they are lightweight to wear. These chunky earrings are a great casual accessory for autumn and Halloween.
The disks were fabricated by me from polymer clay. Prior to curing, they were dusted with mica powder to give them some shine. The brand of mica powder I use bonds to the polymer clay and will not rub off.
After curing, I added a thin layer of acrylic paint to the gold colored disks to highlight the details.
The disk earrings are strung with brown colored natural fiber beading cord. Purple and gold colored seed beads have been added for sparkle and interest.
The large disks are about 7/8 inches in diameter and the small ones are about 3/4 inches in diameter. The earrings length is about 4 5/5 inches.
The disk earrings are attached to gold plated surgical steel earwires.
