This mini top hat feathered fascinator with rosy hearts is enough to make anyone feel like the Queen of Hearts on Valentine's Day or any day of the year! The 5-inch mini top hat is capped with a 3-inch x 2.5-inch rosy pink signature Designs by Miyu bow with 1.5-inch velvety white center. White feathers wraps sweep dramatically around the back, with tiny musical bells and sprays of pink sequins nestled among them. Glittery rose pink hearts sweep back with the feathers and one pops out from behind the bow toward the front of the hat. Rose pink satin ribbon encircles the hat for that final, colorful touch.

The miniature top hat is firmly attached to a 1/2-inch ribbon-wrapped black headband, with both attachment points extra sealed by ribbon both to ensure stability and to ensure the hat looks finished even when you take it off.
