This lovely eyeglass chain necklace is very stylish and versatile. It can be worn alone, as an attractive necklace, or be used to help you keep track of your glasses. The lightweight gunmetal chain on the necklace measures 28 inches long and has a lobster clasp on the end.

The dark silver vintage filigree wraps around the chain leaving a loop where you have the option to hang your glasses. The a piece of white Schiaparelli glass is the focal point of the necklace. To use the necklace to hold your glasses, just slip the arm of the glasses through the bottom loop. Your glasses will stay there, safe and secure.

**Elsa Schiaparelli was an Italian Designer who was a contemporary
of Coco Chanel. She designed a line of jewelry, and after her death many of the findings and settings ended up in a warehouse in New Jersey. When the warehouse closed down, the contents were sold and a friend of mine bought some of their stock. I was fortunate enough to have her resell me some of the pieces to me.
