This wonderful yellow rubber coated wire basket was once used to collect eggs but now it would make a wonderful home decor item. It could be used as a yarn basket, a magazine basket, a decorative ball container, a towel holder, a bread basket for a large party - its uses are limited only by your imagination.
The egg basket is in good condition and is structurally in excellent condition. Some of the yellow rubber coating is faded and there are small rust areas on the bottom and where the handles are attached. There is some light residue on the metal handle but all in all, this basket presents really well.
I really have no idea of the year of creation since I found this at a yard sale a number of years ago.
