Beautiful satin peacock blue rose has singed edges and a white pearl for it's center. I added a sheer green ribbon to simulate leaves and then tucked in a blue wispy feather. It is all set on a felt pad and attached to a satin covered stretchy headband.

Will fit newborns through toddlers.
