This pretty pink necklace with purple undertones features a fairy pendant with rose water opal crystal bicones & aurora borealis glass beads. It also has pink AB seed beads, rose water opal colored druks, and octagonal cut glass chandalier style beads with an aurora borealis finish on the back.

Aurora Borealis or (AB) finish is a finish applied to the bead's surface, enhancing the brilliance of the bead and causing color shifts as the light falls upon it. The colour variations range through the spectrum depending on the base color of the bead. Darker backgrounds produce warm 'fire-like' colours, oranges, yellows, gold, reds and ambers. While in contrast, 'light' conditions like the pink seen here produce ethereal blues, greens, lilac, and purple. Aurora Borealis beads put on a brilliant display every time!

This beaded fairy necklace has been handmade in Canada.

The pendant is Tibetan silver and the findings are silver plated, so it should be stored out of the open air to minimize tarnishing. I ship all silver plated jewelry in a small ziplock bag for your convenience in this regard. It has a lobster claw closure and measures 19 inches or 48.3 cm.
