Blue & white flower pattern with gold threads throughout.
I don't know much about vintage hats, this was given to me by my grandmother, It came from the estate of one of her friend's mother. The tag reads Etiquette Syndicale Canada, united hatters, cap & millenary workers. Came in a box from Eatons (the lady liked to pack her hats three to a box) so it is a little distorted when it's just sitting there but looks fine on a head.
