I LOVE this hat! It is made up of black feathers that turn an irridescent green when the light moves over them - this effect is most evident in the 4th and 5th photos but it is hard to capture the full effect of this beautiful hat on camera!
The hat came from my grandmother who got it at the estate sale of a friend's mother near Toronto. it came in an Eatons hat box. the lady liked to store her hats three to a box so I can't say if it actually came from there or not.
