Product Description

Chocolate is color of this Merino Silk Pencil Roving. With its pink and yellow undertones this chocolate brown has depth and warmth to the color. This pencil roving is very soft, perfect for all next to skin projects. This roving will spin wonderfully and would also be beautiful in your upcoming felting projects. It is also possible to knit or crochet with the pencil roving. In order to do this you would first split the roving in half much the same as preparing it for spinning. You just split it down to the weight you would like to knit with, then make sure you get 3 stitches per staple length and knit like you would with any yarn. Once finished you could use as is or felt down.
