This is a colorful scarf with sunrise colored stripes and hand embroidered embellishment.

Scarf measures 23 by 44 inches. It is made of finely woven polyester georgette, so it is soft and comfortable to wear. The stripes run lengthwise on the scarf in shades of light pink, fuchsia, magenta, lavender, orange, and peach; all the colors you could hope to see at sunrise!

I have rolled the edges and hemmed them by hand using small stitches. I have also added embroidered embellishment along the hems on both ends with two shades of pink metallic thread; just enough to add a little bit of sparkle.

This is a pretty scarf and can jazz up many different outfits, or it can be worn with an overcoat.

I made two of these scarves. This is the #2 scarf; the listing for the other one is marked #1. I embellished it differently, with rows of shiny rayon hand stitching near the ends of the scarf.
