Our wood and antler hair forks and sticks are amazingly comfortable and strong for Men and Womens hair, and will hold your hair up well while looking stunning through your long hair journey! Hair forks help keep very long hair out of harms way to reduce breakage and damage, and they also give great hold to very thick or long hair and reduce scalp stress. These things all help facilitate better and healthier hair growth!

A staple in our wood hair fork family, a 2 tine lilliputian mermaids tail! This beauty is made from blood Wood, or cardinal wood. It is a beautiful mermaids tail shape,and has a fabulous deep red chatoyant color.

This hair fork/comb is amazingly comfortable and will hold your hair up well.Its functional prongs are 3.75 inches (9.7 cm). Overall length is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) in the center. This is a lovely hair fork for lots of lengths and thicknesses of hair. Its weight is .7 ounces. this wood is a bit brittle and would not like being dropped.

Stacy has been a master woodworker for over 25 years and has designed many unique pieces of furniture and sculpture. His attention to detail and skilled hands make these hair forks not only functional, fun and beautiful , but sturdy, well balanced and pieces of art!
Kim has a degree in studio art and the combination of her paintings, wood burnings and embellishments with Stacys designs and magic with wood make each of these hair forks heirloom quality and designed.


We sand our stick and forks extensively .They are finished and sealed. They should not need any maintenance other than cleaning with a soft cloth if anything gets on them.

We make each of these by hand so we will gladly accommodate requests for longer/shorter tines. We also do custom embellishing , if you would like a different stone or something carved.An additional fee may apply.

How to care for your wooden hair toys!
1. Do not store them in the sun ,that includes in the car or by a window. But wear them in the sun and be happy!
2. Do not drop them!
3. Do not use them as a screwdriver or paint can opener!
4.They are natural wood, they CAN breakâEUR¦put as little sideways pressure as possible on them. WE do take hair pressures into account and under normal hair updos they should be fine, including lots of hair!
5.Do not let the dog have it!;0)
6.Even though they are sealed and would weather rain ,do not swim or shower in them!
7.ENJOY!

If you drop or break your hair art we will try to salvage it for a small fee or possibly (at our discretion) give a discount on a new one if it is not salvageable. We understand that life, kids, pets, and accidents happen! (salvageable would be, for example, to turn a broken 3 tine fork into a 2 tine and a single stick. We do not feel that a glue-up would always be an acceptable way to save a fork.)
