This simple grid pattern is fabricated from parting beads salvaged from replaced wood windows. The cross member is fabricated from salvaged 1x3 pine. The grid is suspended from the arched cross member with black synthetic line and short dowels. This piece was custom designed for this particular wall space but can be modified to accommodate almost any specific space by using small specially designed brackets or standard mounting hardware for the cross member.

The circular grid measures 23" in diameter.
The cross member is 31" long and 2 1/2" high.
The thickness is 3/4".

This wall hanging is meant to be mounted so that the arched cross member stands off the wall approximately 1/4" allowing the grid to hang free from the wall creating interesting shadow patterns. Accent lighting would enhance the interest.
