This is our short Tara. A "perch upon" hat only 3 1/3 " tall. it is made to sit on top of your head. It attaches with a comb in back and tiny elastic loops on either side to slip a bobby pin or small comb through.

This one is made of figured velvet in black and antique gold with accents in black, bronze and brown. It is an elegant addition to any costume.
