This necklace paints a cool ocean backdrop of Peruvian sea-foam chalcedony drops and emerald-green onyx hearts with surprising brights of crimson red rubies and sweet pink sapphires. Warm hearts of andalusite add an interesting accent to the piece. I created the necklace chain with a combination of trillion-cut smoky quartz and baroque platinum pearls with sterling silver rollo and twisted links chains. A solitary champagne Oregon sunstone is placed near the clasp.

This necklace is wonderfully versatile in that it can either be worn as a Y-shape necklace with a gemstone tassel for dramatic effect, or a matinee necklace (which is longer than a choker but shorter than an opera-length necklace) and is the right choice for casual or business dressing.

Necklace measures about 18 inches (45.7 cm) with gemstone tassel at 5 inches (12.7 cm). Matinee length measures about 23 inches (58.4 cm).
