Product Description
This postcard is a black and white photograph of a monument in Mexico. The text in the lower left hand corner says "Alameda...San Luis Pot...S.L.P. Mex." I'm not aware of what the landmark is.

On the back is correspondence dated October 1, 1938. The canceled Mexican postage is dated 20 Oct. 38. I said the date is an estimate, because it's unclear when the card was manufactured.

There is no further printed text on the back to indicate the publisher, information about the monument, etc.

The card is in good shape. There are some small bends at the corners and a minor crease at the bottom of the card. Other than being yellow/spotted with age, the card is very clean.
Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
The card is addressed to my grandmother from her mother-in-law, my great-grandmother!

My family has always been travelers. My grandmother traveled the world well into her later years. When my grandpa was alive, we went on trips all the time.
