Natural Mexican Fire Opal in a polished tumble style bead in colors ranging from bright orange, yellow, and clear to a deep cherry red. Size and shape of the beads vary, ranging from approximately 10mm to 15mm. These beads display some flash in translucent bodies of beautiful colors that glow.
Because these beads are natural, there are some that still contain matrix, and a few with minor pits and chips, internal characteristics. In spite of the 'flaws', these Mexican Fire Opal beads are perfectly imperfect for a colorful 'rustic' design. Fire Opal is one of my favorite gemstones and I love this strand. It is simply amazing.
