Outstanding Topaz crystal graduated faceted bead necklace. Not marked but probably Czech, circa 1930. There are a few tiny, tiny chips on the edge of the facets that I couldn't see without the aide of a lense. The beads graduate from approximately 14mm to 4mm and are separated by glass spacers. The color appears to darken as the beads go from small to large because of the different density of the beads. A small amount of lead is used to make the glass sparkle. The more lead, the heavier the beads. Judging by the weight of these beads, I believe they are from the '30's. The strand has been restrung and I believe the catch is a replacement.

Length: Approximately 17 inches including the clasp.
