This polymer clay fairy flower pendant is gorgeous!

The base is of melon pink and white blended cane slices with tiny white spirals on them. The leaves are tan and white "jellyroll" leaves with black veins. I made the petals with melon pink, white and black lace cane slices. The top layer of leaves have been elongated and curved over the top of the petals for a wonderful combination of textures and patterns.

Measuring just a touch over 2 inches (56mm), this lovely fairy flower is strung on an 18 inch (46cm) white organza ribbon with a silver toggle clasp.

This is a striking piece of jewelry and will draw many a comment from those who see it.

Can also be made into a brooch on request.

I was originally calling this style of pendant a kaleidoscope (for obvious reasons) until after I started doing my fairy trees and my husband told me that he thought my flowers looked like something made by fairies. So now they are fairy flowers, and I think that's a much prettier name than kaleidoscope. (And it's easier to spell!)
