This pendant was in the press bags for the 2012 Academy Awards (Oscars) at The Artisan Group display during the GBK Academy Awards Gift Lounge.

This creative floral inspired pendant is made using brown and blue goldstone twist beads. The flower component of the pendant is attached to a wire knitted base in an antique copper finish. The pendant is suspended from repurposed t-shirt material.

The pendant is approximately 2 inches in diameter. Because each pendant is handmade, no two pendants will ever be exactly the same, making the choice of this pendant a unique addition to any wardrobe.

Goldstone, while man-made is considered an energy stone. It was first created when alchemists were trying to make gold. It has been around since the European Renaissance.

Goldstone is purported to have many metaphysical properties and uses - one of which being that it is a stone for actors and anyone who appears on radio or television, members of the press or anyone in public relations.
