Wire coiled bracelet, it wraps around the wrist approximatly three times. Very light weight and comfortable. When taken off it springs right back into shape. Can be worn on the wrist or up on the arm. This will fit on any size wrist. I had a 8 year old try one on for me the other day and it fit her well the wire is very accomidating for ALL size wrists.
