This is a little 5 1/2" mini top hat that I decorated with a white lace shawl that trails down the back of your hair. I've accented it with an iridescent white ribbon, and a silver jingle bell as the a focal piece. There is also a white glittered poinsettia and a white feather with a couple of shiny ball ornaments fastened to the shawl in the back of the hat. It has two satin loops on the inside sides of the hat for either pinning to your hair with bobby pins, or stringing a ribbon or elastic through, whichever you prefer! I will include a couple of bobby pins with your hat purchase. Thanks for looking! ^_^
