This cute set of two ladybug tawashi scrubbers is made of cotton yarn and nylon tulle. One side of the ladybug is all cotton, while the other has a center made of nylon tulle. Each is approximately 5.5 inches/14 cm long.

Each ladybug has a red nylon tulle belly. The cotton side is made with deep red cotton, embellished with two black spots as well as a black head. Note that the black spots may vary slightly in placement.

These may be used for cleaning you, your dishes, your bathroom, or anything else you think needs a good scrub. Just throw them in the washing machine when they are dirty and take them out to air dry; then they are ready for whatever cleaning job you have next. For sanitizing between washings, you may get them fully wet and put them in the microwave for a minute. Be extremely careful removing them from the microwave as they will be very hot.

I wanted to find a way to have cleaning be fun and to be able to leave out my dish scrubbers without making my kitchen seem messy. In addition, I wanted something that would dry quickly and not get a musty smell. Adding the nylon tulle to the bottom gave a good scrubbing surface in addition to helping with the drying process.
