Celebrating the Chinese New Year is a wonderful way to celebrate and what is more traditional than the dragon. In the year 2012, it is the year of the dragon which makes this card all that more appropriate for those who want to send a little happy new year.

Or maybe someone was born in the year of the dragon. How perfect would this card be to celebrate their birthday in a more personal way.

The dragon image was hand cut slowly and carefully. The image was then creating using an iris fold technique and shiny gold ribbon. To add just a bit more gold, I added gold outline stickers to the four edges.

The inside of the card has been left blank for your own words as a way for you to personalize the card.
