This handmade, asymmetrical necklace features a cheerful lampwork glass pendant with turquoise vintage glass, orange highlights and a sterling silver clasp.

The "Poolside Necklace" features a handmade lampwork glass pendant by glass artist, Serena Smith. This fun, uniquely shaped bead has orange dots and edging, on a turquoise background with thin yellow stripes on the top and bottom. Ms. Smith's bead is framed by two orange, matte handmade lampwork glass beads by glass artist, Jenelle Aubade, of Beads and Botanicals and two transparent orange glass 4 mm beads. The pendant is hand-wired with German silver and it sports a silver spiral on the bottom.

The necklace, itself, is a happy combination of vintage and contemporary glass. A vintage, turquoise, bowtie-shaped bead is placed asymmetrically on either side of the necklace and each one is framed by two transparent orange glass 4 mm beads. One side of the necklace also has an orange rectangular shaped bead that is framed on either side with transparent turquoise Swarovski crystals. Small turquoise colored glass beads lead to the back of the necklace, which once again features the orange glass beads.

The necklace finishes with a sterling silver lobster claw clasp.

When you put this necklace on, you will be putting a smile on your face at the same time. How could you not feel cheerful when wearing this delightful necklace - it just oozes playfulness! So go have fun and look great while you're at it!
