This little romper is just too cute. I have used an out of print Michael Miller fabric called Water Babies with Michael Miller Ta Dot for the ruffles and tie straps. The front part is lined.

I only have enough of this fabric to make a few so if you need one order early! The 0-3 month size pictured is ready to ship.
