DETAILS: These vintage 70s Wrangler corduroy bellbottom jeans are very cute! They have curved western style handwarmer pockets in front. The back has the typical gently vee-ed yoke and patch pockets - these have the "W" stitching that identifies them as Wrangler, along with a Wrangler embroidered tag at the right base of the yoke. The pantlegs are fairly close to the leg until the knee and then flare out dramatically. Belt loops will accomodate a belt up to 1.5" wide.

Front rise - 8.5" (21.5cm)
Inseam - 32.75" (83cm)
Pantleg bottom circumference - 22.25" (56.5cm)

FABRIC/COLORS: Dark blue pinwale corduroy, no fabric content information, which suggests they may be early 70s. They feel like cotton but could be a cotton blend.

TAGS: There is a large removable pasteboard tag attached to one of the back pockets that identifies these as Wide Flare Leg Jeans, with this slogan "True-Size Corduroy: The size you buy is the size they stay".

CLOSURES: A smooth heavy duty coppery metal snap at the waist with the Wrangler name embossed on it. A 5" brass zipper below.

CONDITION: New Old Stock, never worn with tags still attached. Some surface dust from storage with a stiff whitish stain on the outside of the right leg a little below the knee - see closeup, and you can also see it in a longshot. I can see it from the inside too - it looks like a water mark, and if that's the case, it should come out with the first washing.
