Each hat is made with smooth creamy milk chocolate. The painted parts are colored white chocolate. These can be filled with dark chocolate or white chocolate as well. Pops are individually bagged and tied with a matching ribbon. The color ribbon depends on the colors chosen for the hat.

One dozen witch hat lollipops are great for your Halloween parties! They can be custom painted with your choice of colors. Shown are just my favorite design.
