The scent of Litsea Cubeba is a sweet citrusy smell, with a very light touch of a floral note. A litte grassy and a little lemony. The petigrain scent is a dry earthy scent, similar to patchouli.

These two combined make a very lovely relaxing earthy scent. Since both oils in this fragrance blend are essential oils it is 100% natural

My soap is handmade from scratch hot process soap. This means I cook it till the lye is all gone rather than letting the soaps sit for 6 weeks and hoping its all gone.

During the final stage of creating all of my soaps I do have my hands in the soap kneading it and smoothing it. I blend in unrefined shea butter at this time and the fragrance. This way the shea butter is never exposed to heat hotter than my hands can handle so it stays intact to make your skin silky soft and moisturized.
