A Holiday decoration with old fashioned charm! This ornament was designed to look like something from Grandma's Christmas collection--and it won me an honorable mention in a big magazine ornament contest!

Rich cotton fabrics in traditional Christmas colors, vintage and shiny buttons, and felt. The flower is dimensional, each petal is applied individually. Because of the multiple layers, the ornament is rather heavy and fairly stiff. It measures approx. 4 1/2" in diameter.

I've made up a batch of 7 of these, so each one is a little different, due to the fact that they are handmade and the different buttons used on each one.

This would look so cute on your tree, hanging on a peg rack, or hanging from a cupboard or drawer pull.
Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
I'm always inspired by vintage things, especially Christmas! Love the bright and cheerful feeling of traditional red and white! I designed this ornament to enter into an ornament contest in a large national magazine--and it won 4th prize (honorable mention), which I was pretty excited about!
