3 Embroidered in Chicken Scratch or large cross stitch style flowers in Orange, Yellow and Greens
Smocked waistline to a V in the middle and backed by grosgrain ribbon
Small ruffle at waist above smocking

I loved the dressed up look of this apron. I can tell the care that was taken to do the embroidery and smocking...and the different colors of greens in the flowers that were either on purpose or accidental and left that way~it shows the humanity of the person who made this apron.

Flaws:
Small brown fleck stains around center flower (see pictures)
Tear towards end of right tie. Repaired with white thread and fabric scrap on back.

Wash and dry gentle. Pre-soak stains. Do not use bleach.

All of our linens are purchased during our thriftiqueing adventures because we love the color or designs and we want to share them with you. Some of them might be vintage. Fabrics are so hard to date and we are not experts. We will try to give you as much information as we can find on the prints.

We believe that you should purchase something because you love it NOT just because it is old or 'worth' something. Bring these into your homes and use them for every day or special occasions.

When you purchase vintage, especially things used in the kitchen, they tend to get stained, rips, tears or seams pulling apart from use. It shows that the item was used and loved. If handmade I can just imagine the backstory of how it came into existence. Almost all the linens we find are washed, ironed and any repairs made before selling. Care instructions are included with your purchase.
