Details: Tibetian or Asian influenced designs across length and at each end of scarf on a yellow background; hand rolled hems. I can not absolutely verify that this is an authentic scarf by this designer and it has been priced accordingly. I have researched on the internet fakes vs. authentic and this seems to fall within the parameters of this designer's work. Regardless, this is a beautiful scarf so buy it and wear it for the art.

Handmade?: No, but hems are handrolled

Flaws: See images. 2 pulls in the threads, 2 what looks to me like a small cigarette burn towards one of the ends and a pin hole probably from a hang tag. There is also a black/blue smudge on one side. As you can see by the photos none of these things detract from the overall look of the scarf. Picture 3 has the smudge on the left in the orange & white layer and one of the thread pulls on the right. Picture 4 has the other thread pull in the middle. Picture 5 has the small burned and pin hole.

Wash and dry gentle. Pre-soak stains. Do not use bleach.
Iron on cotton, silk or nylon settings depending on fabric type.

All of our linens are purchased during our thriftiqueing adventures because we love the color or designs and we want to share them with you. Some of them might be vintage. Fabrics are very hard to date and we are not experts. We will try to give you as much information as we can find on the prints.

We believe that you should purchase something because you love it NOT just because it is old or 'worth' something. Bring these into your homes and use them for every day or special occasions.

When you purchase vintage, especially things used in the kitchen, they tend to come with stains, rips, tears or seams pulling apart from use. It shows that the item was used and loved. If handmade just imagine the backstory of how it came into existence and wear with pride of the craftsmanship and the hands that worked to put it together.

All the linens we find are washed, ironed and have had any repairs made before selling. Your apron or scarf will come folded and may become wrinkled or creased again, just iron and wear!
