Stunning grass green chalcedony in pears are not as dark as green onyx, but definitely significantly deeper than the usual mint green that chalcedony usually sports. Excellent for winter and bright designs.

When storing chalcedony, please keep it away from sunshine, and preferably in the dark- a box or drawer- when you are not wearing it! Pass this along to your customers, and their jewels will last for many, many years!

Green chalcedony is one of the large family of chalcedony that have been used for several millinia for gemstones and other items. In the Middle East, for instance, a variety of the lovely gemstone was used for sealing official documents, as wax does not adhere to it.

Though chalcedony has been used for thousands of years, we have many colors available today, thanks to special treatments. Today, there is a color of chalcedony for every taste and preference. Chalcedony is suitable for all jewellery designs, and, with proper care, will last for many, many years.
