I took great care to create this lovely little birdhouse pendant. This one has a barn-style hipped roof intricately woven with a wide zigzag pattern -- so cute!

I use a time intensive process drawing out the pattern by hand, cutting, filing, texturing, punching, shaping, and wire-wrapping the copper sheet metal birdhouse. I then weave a patterned roof of copper and bronze wire, and carefully shape and wire-wrap it to the birdhouse. To bring out the detail and individual character of each, I oxidize, polish and tumble the pendant to a beautiful glossy finish. No two are ever alike and each has its own special personality.

measurements: about 2 1/4" tall (counting the bail) X a smidge over 1 1/2" wide X 3/4" deep. The bail has a nice wide opening (nearly 3/8 of an inch) to accomodate your cord, chain, or ribbon.
