Product Description
Mother of pearl is taken from the abalone shell, also known as perlemon or pāua. It is a form of nacre (pearl) and is made of calcium carbonate (aragonite) crystals.

The smooth mother of pearl oval is strung on a sterling silver head pin and wrapped into a loop. The jump ring is a hypoallergenic bright aluminum chain maille ring which will fit on most chains or cords.

Pāua, being an amimal product, varies from piece to piece, as individual as the creatures who grew them.

The pendant will come in a small fabric bag embroidered with our logo. We also include a bit of lavender so you can use this little bag as a sachet or mini dream pillow.
