Product Description

Handmade olive oil based soap that forms a luscious, thick lotion-like lather. Scented with skin-safe jasmine fragrance oil and colored with a swirl of ultramarine green, this soap is as nice to the senses as it is to the skin.

This listing is for one bar, which we recommend you cut in half (put the other half in your sock drawer or linen cabinet until needed) and keep dry when not in use.

When used daily as hand soap and stored in a dry soap dish, half a bar will last about a month.

Ingredients: olive oil, sodium hydroxide, water, fragrance oil, ultramarine green.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

Our soap is slightly superfatted so the longer you leave it on the more moisturized your skin becomes.

Ultramarine green is the same kind of pigment used in cosmetics, such as eyeshadow. It is completely safe for use on the skin. The pigment is made from finely ground minerals, it is not a dye. This may make it suitable for people with dye allergies. Please contact us if you would like to request a small sample (about the size of a postage stamp).

The fragrance used is a cosmetic grade oil specifically made for use in soap. We get it from New Directions Aromatics - if you have questions about what is in it, please contact them.
