This pattern is from the 1999 Vogue line. This is a new, unused, uncut, factory folded pattern. It retails for $16.95.

The pattern includes instructions to make; Dress, Top & Skirt; Semi fitted straight, pullover dress, below mid-knee or top has raised neckline, optional shoulder pads, side slits, back zipper and long sleeves with drape lower edge. Straight skirt, below mid calf, an elastic waist and back hemline drape. Close fitting, tapered dress, ankle length has neckline variations, back zipper slit, A. Contrast upper bodice with three-quarter sleeves. B. Sleeveless. C. Strap one shoulder. There are 10 pieces.
