These budding flowers are made with complex latticino stringers that take me hours to prepare before I start my first bead. I try to make some different ones for each bead, so it is quite time consuming. The finished result is breathtaking as each flower petal echos nature's diversity. I then used my glass as ribbons to gather this bouquet of flowers at the bottom. A perfect keepsake of flowers to treasure forever!

This delicate floral bouquet is H 46mm x W 32mm. This glass lampwork bead is flat on the back and has a horizontal hole running through the upper half of the bead. The chain is not included.

I always anneal my beads with a digital kiln.

This is an artisan glass lampwork bead pendant. It is part of my Art Nouveau Series. I love the Victorian Era and the curly cues of wrought iron and swirls of the Art Nouveau style. Lush flowers with delicate ribbons reminds me of the slower pace and elegant times of days past. I think this bouquet captures the essence of those wonderful days!

I am a fine artist and I see my glass lampworking as my way to express myself artistically. I love focusing on a theme when I handcraft my glass beads. Because I only create one of a kind beads, each new bead forcing me to push my artistic boundaries. It's time consuming but the creation of a piece of glass art that is unique, beautiful and an expression of myself is very precious in this world of mass production clones.
