Beautiful early 1980's Mikasa heart-shaped trinket dish titled 'April Rose'.

What a sweetly perfect gift for your April birthday baby or for the April bride!

An embossed faux-lace edging surrounds a lovely, single pink spring rose, lilac-blue flowers and soft sage green leaves.

Lovely to gift or keep to display in your powder room or on your dressing table.

The base of the piece repeats the rose motif along with the simple sentiment, 'With Love'.
