Vintage 1986 Green Tiger Press and Beatrix Potter, Jeremy Fisher Blank Note Card

For those of you who are not lucky enough to remember Green Tiger Press - they were La Jolla, California printers of the most delicious cards, notes and other paper fancies back in the late 1960's through to their closing in 1986.

This lovely card is a tipped-in, or glued, illustration by Beatrix Potter for her 1906 classic ~ "The Tale of Jeremy Potter" and is captioned ~

'Jeremy Fishing'

A beautiful card, blank on the inside, it measures 4.625" x 6.25" (12x16 cm); the tipped in illustration measures 3.375" x 4" (9x10 cm). The blank note card is froggie-pond green heavy craft stock paper and comes with a bisque square-flap envelope.

The illustration is clean and handsome, ready for a frame or will you mail this card to a lucky recipient? There are no folds, creases, marks, or tears.

You are purchasing an original 1986 note card and envelope and it does not have watermarks. I'll send this out for you flat, protected, and by USPS 1st Class mail.
