Antique 1895 Victorian Rev FO Morris Natural History Hand Colored Bird Engraving Featuring Cole Titmouse

A beautiful engraving gleaned from Morris's "History of British Birds", compiled and published at the direction of Queen Victoria and featuring "Cole Titmouse".

The heavy paper, top-tipped in gold, is blank on its reverse, shows gentle, even tanning, and measures 6.75" x 10" (17x25 cm). There is a pin-hole in the upper right corner which matting/framing will see to easily and there are no tears, folds, creases, or other marks.

A gorgeous study to frame, fantastic to use in your art ~ card making, collage, mixed media.
