Dating to 1959 [the Girl Scout logo is used for dating], a beautiful piece of Girl Scout memorabilia.

Sterling silver with a clear "STERLING" mark, the adjustable ring works for size 5-8.

Marked STERLING on the insignia's inside face, the insignia measures 7/16" x 7/16" (.4375" or 11.11 mm).
