This brightly colored handmade bracelet is a little celebration of the sun! It is made from a lovely combination of warm-toned beads, with a large (approx 1 inch) oval glass bead at its center. This shiny bead has various shades of red in it, with a light-catching gold-foiled orange segment in the middle. Very pretty!

The focal bead is flanked by sparkling "sun"-colored Swarovski crystal bicones nestled between TierraCast gold-plated daisy spacers, orange jade beads (dyed), and red sponge coral beads with gold-plated scallop bead caps. The crystals are a very warm orange-yellow and their sparkle nicely complements the gold-foil segment of the focal.

Next, on either side is a pair of brown mookaite jasper rondelles with another "sun" crystal and daisy spacers between them. The strand is completed with bead-capped sponge coral and orange jade in two sizes with another daisy spacer between them. Sterling crimps were used to secure the beading wire (49-strand bronze), with gold-plated crimp covers over them. Wire guards were used as an extra protection for the wire.

The clasp is the toggle type and has a four-petalled design on both pieces. The length is around 7 3/4 inches. Please see my photos for a picture of bracelet alongside a ruler.

All in all, a brightly sunny and pretty bracelet with shine and sparkle!
