Peaceful Pastels is a mini quilt of 20 pieced pinwheel blocks measuring 4 inches each. They are comprised of pastel solids and prints randomly placed together in the quilt to give a serene and peaceful look for your wall, table or dresser. Sometimes we quilters get carried away with bright colors, making sure we have lots of contrast. This one, however, is quiet and soft and doesn't shout. I love its relaxed attitude.

The dimensions of this quilt are 16 inches by 20 inches. There is no border, only a binding to finish it around all the edges. The quilt has been machine quilted close to all of the seams and the binding was stitched to the front, folded over and hand stitched to the back.

Pretty for under spring floral arrangements on your table, or very nice used on your dresser where jewelry and trinkets might be placed momentarily. Lovely as a wall hanging it could be placed in a small wall area that needs some special attention.
