Conservative yet fashionable, this vintage full length blue and white checkered dress is a soft polyester and very comfortable.

The top of the dress is a corduroy white and blue, with white corduroy full length sleeves buttoned by matching white fabric covered buttons. The front is embellished with 4 round plastic buttons in the top white section in between the great collar. Beneath those are 5 fabric covered buttons, matching the fabric of the top, leading down to the waist, where the wonderful patterned bottom of the dress flows straight down to the floor.

Size:
The tags in this dress do not list a size,, but I am guessing the size of this dress is about a 5/6, as that is about the size of the model. She is also about 5 4 inches.

Tags:
The tag at the top says: 'MW Machine wash warm, do not use chlorine bleach, tumble dry low.'
A tag along the side of the dress reads: 'Int. Ladies Garment Workers Union, Union Made ILGW' with the number 948635, plus 'Made in the U.S.A.'

Measurements:
The length is 38 1/2 inches from waist, where it turns from blue to checkered, to bottom.
The waist is about 28 inches.
The topshould fit up to a D cup of a 32 or 36.

Fabric:
The fabric is polyester.

Condition:
The dress is in excellent condition, appearing to have seldom been worn.
