This brecciated jasper pendant almost seems multi-dimensional thanks to the way the colors are layered. This is a large bead, and will really grab attention when you wear it.

I added a couple of large black onyx teardrops to balance the necklace and aim the eye. Each of these falls between 8 mm faceted red river jasper beads. Also used are black onyx 6x12 mm rice beads and black glass seed beads. The toggle for this piece is gold-tone.

Length is about 19 inches, with a two inch pendant drop.

This pendant bead has a lot going on, and the red is spectacular. As you can see in the photos above, even against pink and warm colors, the red shows up brilliantly.
