Make your scrunchie neck ruffle jingle all the way! I can now add jingle bells, safely concealed *inside the ruffle* so you don't have to worry about them coming off and being swallowed. The bells are loose inside the ruffle and can be manipulated so they are spaced evenly or clustered together.
