RED GARNET EARRINGS, STERLING EAR THREADS

These dainty, elegant earrings feature faceted roundelles made of rhodolite garnet. The roundelles are tiny, approximately 3.5 mm in diameter. I picked these garnet beads at the gem show because, in my opinion, they look like rubies. Since they're actually garnet, you can get the look of rubies for a fraction of the price.

I have strung them on delicate sterling silver ear threads, so you can adjust them to whatever length you prefer by how far you pull the little chain through your ear. The chain on the ear threads is 2" (just over 5 cm). The total length, counting the roundelles and the post(?) is approximately 3 1/8" long (just under 8cm).
