A One-Of-A-Kind Shweet Christmas Bear for a Very Special Collector in your life! This is in original Shweet Potato Dolls N Pattern Bear. The only one of it's kind. She is made from tea stained muslin and has a handpainted face. I wanted to make sure she captured the spirit of the holidays,so I dressed her in bright red bloomers and made her dress out of green and white checked cotton fabric. Along with the checked fabric I found a bolt of vintage inspired cotton print.

I decided to take the checked and print fabric and cut them in strips, gather them and make her dress as if she were wearing a Christmas tree style dress. She also has a matching bow tacked between her cute ears. This Shweet Christmas Bear has been handstitched in contrasting colors so that she has a 3-D effect. She has paws and toes. Around her neck I have added vintage lace from my collection. She is 16" tall.

Your Shweet Bear will arrive signed and dated by Me the artist. ALL of my creations are intended for ages 13 and up and are not made to play with. They are make to collect and to LOVE.

This bear was inspired by a graphic from Shweet Potato Designs. I saw the bear head graphic Carm drew and new I had to give life to this cute little gal and so she was born. Add to that the vintage fabric I found at a yard sale and you could not get me away from the sewing machine until she was ready to pose for her pictures at the pool house.
